You decide on a menu. We go shopping and get what is needed. You pay for the food and I cook using your pans, in your kitchen. I can leave (and you take all the credit) or I will stay and help you serve. I charge by the hour or group size. If I stay and serve then different hourly rates apply. Available for lunch, brunch, dinner, appetizers for cocktail parties or tapas so you get little portions and more variety. What about having a cooking class/party for you and your friends - great fun! No one goes home hungry! CONTACT ME

$100.00 due at time of reserving a date ½ is due if party is $400.00 or more at least 2 weeks in advance. This is non-refundable if you cancel less than 7 days before your party. This is payable by check only. (no credit cards) Final payment is due at the end of the party. CONTACT ME

Parties 2 to 4 $300.00 for first 4 hours. If your menu takes longer it is 50.00 per ever hour after.
Parties 5 to 8 $400.00 for first 4 hours. If your menu takes longer it is 50.00 per every hour after

Cooking Class Parties 75.00 per person based on a minimum class of 4, based on a four hourr class. If you want a longer class (to create a nice dinner that would take 6 to 8 hours) the fee is 125.00 per person. ( We can cook for as many people as you like). Remember-classes will be an interactive with you and your friends, that means we will all be cooking. CONTACT ME

We can also schedule a weekend class for approximately 8 - 12 noon. Or you and your friends can book different days with different menus. 10% discount for each person if it is a two day class for a minimum of 4 people. (270.00 each day). CONTACT ME

In the event you would like me to stay and serve, cooking rates plus an additional $35.00 will apply for each hour you need my services. (I will need a few minutes to change into something suitable for serving). CONTACT ME

Chef Don made dinner for my extended family in my home. I had been working, traveling too much. I was so behind on everything that I was too busy to shop for myself, let alone have my relatives over for dinner. I really needed to have some "family at home time." An aunt had just moved into an assisted care facility in the area. She was showing evidence of the effects of the early stages of Alzheimer's, and it was time to gather my relatives in the area for an old fashioned family dinner. It was Chef Don's idea to prepare Polish foods that would recall my aunt's childhood and his intuition was a revelation. My family was charmed by Chef Don who we arranged to stay and serve the meal. My aunt savored her sauerkraut soup and perogies and purred that it was like "therapy!" Chef Don not only prepared a great meal, but he warmed the hearts and rekindled the soul of our family life.
