Parties 2 to 4 $400.00 for first 4
hours. If your menu takes longer it is 100.00 per ever hour after.
Staying to serve $50.00 per hour. We can also schedule a weekend class for approximately 8 - 12 noon. Or you and your friends can book different days with different menus. 10% discount for each person if it is a two day class for a minimum of 4 people. (270.00 each day). In the event you would like me to stay and serve, cooking rates plus an additional $50.00 will apply for each hour you need my services. (I will need a few minutes to change into something suitable for serving).As you can see there are a lot of variables when it comes to my rates, so feel free to contact me if you have any questions. |

Chef Don made dinner for my extended family in my home. I had been working, traveling too much. I was so behind on everything that I was too busy to shop for myself, let alone have my relatives over for dinner. I really needed to have some "family at home time." An aunt had just moved into an assisted care facility in the area. She was showing evidence of the effects of the early stages of Alzheimer's, and it was time to gather my relatives in the area for an old fashioned family dinner. It was Chef Don's idea to prepare Polish foods that would recall my aunt's childhood and his intuition was a revelation. My family was charmed by Chef Don who we arranged to stay and serve the meal. My aunt savored her sauerkraut soup and perogies and purred that it was like "therapy!" Chef Don not only prepared a great meal, but he warmed the hearts and rekindled the soul of our family life.
