PARTIES
In home party catering using your own kitchen and utensils is an economical way of hosting a party.  Everything from a small birthday party, informal gatherings of friends, Whatever your party ideas, an in home chef makes your food preparation and presentation a snap. HOME COOKING CLASSES
Whether you are looking for a party idea or one of Chef's cooking classes, cooking instruction in your own home is a convenient  and personalized option.  Learning to something new is always fun but learning a new skill, like how to make a delicious new treat or meal is something you will have forever.  Think of it as a cooking school vacation right at home. Want to learn more about how it works?

When doing a cooking class party. We will select your menu. I will bring copies of recipes for your number of guests. You and your guests will all assist in making the menu you decided on. I will instruct step by step on how to prepare your selections. Everyone will be involved which will result in a fun time. LUNCHES / BRUNCHES
If you've been missing opportunities to host your family, friends, acquaintances, employees, neighbors, etc., because you haven't had the skills or time then HouseCallChef.com is here for you. My friends and I hosted a party with Chef Don teaching us how to make a variety of breads and muffins.  We also sampled some wines and cheeses that he recommended before, during and after.  We... had... a... blast!!!!  Not to mention we now all have no fear of making a half dozen types of delicious breads from scratch.  Other than being a bit sore from laughing and smiling a bit too much the next day the only other lingering side effect were great memories of a wonderful times with good friends and a wonderful break in the routine of the same old, same old!  Chef Don is heartily recommended by the my crew!
